What makes you flip? The site asks. This is a social media site that allows people to make and publish their own web magazine. It is a great way to group information about topics all in one place. It allows for photos, videos, and places to write and share information. This is a great resource for people to share their passions with the world. Everyone has a story to tell, everyone "flips" for something. It can be tagged and shared among users. I plan to implement it in the class curriculum. I want my photo and multimedia students to have a creative outlet to share ideas, techniques, and viewpoints with each other, myself, and the world. It is a creative and useful site. I looked at several sample magazines, they look polished and professional. It is easy to use and one can create a free account. So go ahead, "flip" over what makes you happy.
